At an All-Parish meeting held in the Auditorium at 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, November 17, the parish voted to concur with the Vestry's resolution to proceed with plans related to the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Prior to the meeting,  Senior Warden John Lawson had sent an outline to the parishioners of the proposal to replace - and pay for - the HVAC systems that serve our campus, comprising historic Christ Church, Old Parish House (Meade Room and Gift Shop), Memorial Parish House (church offices and auditorium), and the chapel. Click here for the proposal and the related resolutions.

Presentations were made at Sunday's meeting by Senior Warden John Lawson, Property Committee Chair Barry Stauffer, Treasurer Tykie Tobin, Foundation President Stetson Tinkham, and Junior Warden Janet Osborn. A question and answer period followed the presentations. Russ Randle then read aloud the resolution for the congregation to consider to endorse the Vestry's resolution. The congregation voted to concur with the Vestry's resolution.
